Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Sanitation Certification, including working knowledge of HACCP regulations. Three (3) years successful experience in a similar food service related area. Ability to manage inventory and order food and supplies. Knowledge of standard sanitation procedures for safe food production, service and storage, and care and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Knowledge of basic nutrition principles including USDA and MSDE nutritional requirements. Ability to effectively communicate to meet the needs of all customers students, school staff and community.
