Our client is a privately held manufacturer of specialty extruded foams, cushion packaging materials and related industrial and consumer products. We have an immediate need for a PROFESSIONAL MARKETING MANAGER. This is a comprehensive role in a newly created marketing department encompassing all major classical marketing duties and responsibilities. Main emphasis is on MARKET RESEARCH, NEW MARKET DEVELOPMENT, and NEW PRODUCT APPLICATIONS. This person will also attend trade shows and may have on-site visits with potential customers for product concept development and introduction. Qualifications Ideal candidate will have vital entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to design and implement the company`s marketing strategy. Documentable track record of leadership accomplishments is an essential requirement for the successful candidate. Extensive interaction across entire organization including the owner, president/general manager, sales and manufacturing management. Realistic potential for career progression. MBA in MARKETING is strongly preferred. Will consider BS/BA with 10 years directly applicable experience. Fresh MBA graduates must have practical work experience, internships and/or co-op experience. Viable candidates will posses excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to identify with many different types of people. Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation also includes bonus based on performance. All recruiting fees are paid by our client company.
